Privacy Policy

How this website handles the information you send us.

Effective October 25, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy describes the public website at anzaloneyachtmanagement.com, operated under the brand Anzalone's Full Service Yacht Management Group. Paolo Anzalone is the person associated with that brand. This page does not state a separate corporate registration, and it does not list a street address, because none is published as a staffed office of this website.

The policy applies to information submitted through this website, including a service request and a career application. It does not govern a separate vessel-monitoring product or a separate service-management application. Those are not part of this website.

Sending a form does not create a service contract, book a date, or authorize work.

Service requests

The Request Service form, also available from Contact, asks for the details the team needs to understand a vessel and reply. Those fields are: first and last name, email, phone, best time to call, time zone, whether the registered owner is an individual or a company, the legal name of the registered owner or company, vessel name, year, make, model, length, hull identification number, U.S. Coast Guard documentation or state registration number, service street or marina, city, state or region, ZIP or postal code, home port, marina or docking location, the service or Yacht Care Plan requested, a description of the work, optional notes, and a preferred contact method of phone or email.

A checkbox records that you have read this policy and agree the request may be emailed to Anzalone's for review. The box is not checked for you.

The form also includes a hidden field meant to catch automated submissions. A person using the form in the ordinary way does not fill it in.

Do not send a Social Security number, driver's license, passport, payment card, bank account, routing number, or medical information. The form does not ask for those, and the site does not accept payment-card data.

Career applications

The careers form collects a name, email, optional phone number, location, area of interest, a summary of relevant experience, a cover message, and an optional PDF resume. You also confirm that the submission is an application for review, not a job offer.

The site does not publish open roles unless a real opening is listed. A general application is still emailed for review. Resume files are attached to that email when the file is an allowed PDF within the size limit. They are not posted on a public page of this website.

Technical information

The host that serves the site may record ordinary connection data, such as an IP address, browser type, and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Form submissions are checked for size and completeness. Repeated submissions from the same network can be slowed for a period of time. That limit is kept briefly in server memory. It is not a customer database.

If an email cannot be sent, the server may record that the send failed. It is not a public profile of you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Meta advertising pixel, or another marketing tracker. It does not run a cookie-consent banner, because it does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

The platform that hosts the site may still set a cookie needed to deliver the pages. This policy will be updated before any analytics or advertising tool is added.

How information is used

Service-request information is used to identify the person and the vessel, understand the requested work and location, and reply by phone or email. Career information is used to review an application.

The website does not use these forms to send a marketing newsletter. A reply about a request you submitted is part of answering that request. It is not a subscription.

This website does not sell personal information, and it does not share it with advertisers for their own marketing.

How an inquiry is sent

When a form is accepted, the website sends the contents by email to Anzalone's for review. Your email address is used as the reply address so the team can answer you. A successful form message means the request was delivered for review. It does not confirm an appointment, an estimate, or that work will be done.

If email delivery is unavailable, the form tells you so and asks you to email the company directly. The site does not pretend a message was delivered when it was not.

Service providers

Resend delivers the form email. The message, including any allowed resume attachment, passes through Resend on its way to the company inbox. Resend's systems may keep a copy as part of providing that delivery service.

The company inbox that receives the message is the Gmail address published on this website. Messages remain in that mailbox so the team can read and answer them.

Vercel hosts the website. Hosting can include the technical logs described above.

The team does not give form contents to an unrelated business for that business's own marketing. A sister-company relationship for Chesapeake Bay work is a service arrangement, not a sale of a mailing list. Details needed to discuss a request in that region may be used for that purpose.

How long information is kept

The website itself does not keep a separate customer database of form submissions. The practical record is the email that was sent, together with whatever copy the email provider and the company inbox retain.

Those messages are kept long enough to review the inquiry, correspond with you, and keep an ordinary record of that correspondence. This page does not promise erasure on a fixed number of days, because no such timetable is operated by the website. You may email us and ask us to stop a conversation or to correct contact details in a message we still control.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form checks run on the server. The email credential stays on the server and is not placed in the browser. Pages send security headers that limit framing, referrer detail, and access to the camera, microphone, and location.

These measures reduce ordinary risk. They are not a promise that unauthorized access is impossible.

If a law that applies to a security incident requires notice, notice will be given as that law requires. This page does not describe a breach that has occurred.

Privacy requests

Email the address below to ask about a submission, to correct contact details, or to ask us not to continue a conversation. There is no separate privacy office.

Some privacy statutes apply only to businesses that meet specific size or data-volume tests, or that target a particular place. This policy does not claim that every state, California, European, or other privacy statute applies to this website. If a law does apply to your request, it will be handled as that law requires. Writing to us is the way to start.

Children

This website is for vessel owners, operators, and adults considering work alongside the boats. It is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child submitted a form, email us and ask us to delete that message from the inbox we control.

Changes to this policy

This policy is effective October 25, 2026. If the way the website handles information changes in a material way, this page will be updated and the effective date will change. The version on this page is the one that applies to a new submission.
