Service process

From the first call to an approved work order

Ask about any marine service without sending payment details. Anzalone's follows up, writes an estimate, and starts work only after approval and the deposit.

Important: The steps below outline how Anzalone's takes a job from request to an approved work order. Written estimate approval and payment happen off this website through the processes described for each step.

  1. 01

    Available on this website

    Customer request

You tell us about the vessel and the work.

The website form collects your name, email, phone, vessel information, the services you want, how you prefer to be contacted, and any comments. Payment information is not required to ask about a job.

  2. 02

    Handled by the team

    Anzalone's follows up

The team talks through the job.

Someone from Anzalone's contacts you to discuss the work, collect anything still missing, and agree what the job should include.

  3. 03

    Issued by the team

    Formal estimate and work order

You receive a written estimate before work is scheduled.

After the scope is clear, Anzalone's prepares a written estimate. It shows the customer and vessel, the proposed work, what is excluded, estimated costs, applicable taxes and any processing fees shown on the estimate, the deposit, the terms, timing when known, an estimate reference, and a work-order reference.

  4. 04

    Handled with the written estimate

    Customer approval

Work does not start until you approve the estimate.

Approval requires your printed full name, a signature or a legally valid electronic signature, the date, and clear acceptance of the work-order terms. Typing a name into the website request form is not a signature. Approval is completed with the team on the written estimate.

  5. 05

    Handled through secure payment

    Secure payment authorization

An approved payment method is required before work begins.

Credit cards and bank (ACH) payments may be accepted through a secure, hosted payment service when payment is arranged. Any processing fees are confirmed on the written estimate before payment. Card numbers, security codes, routing numbers, and account numbers are never typed into this website.

  6. 06

    Arranged after estimate approval

    50% deposit

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins.

Anzalone's confirms that the deposit has been received before a job is cleared to start. Deposit collection is arranged with the team after the estimate is approved—not through this website's request form.

  7. 07

    Maintained with the job file

    Approved work order

The job file holds the scope, approvals, and payment status.

The finished work order carries the approved scope, signatures, payment status, authorization history, and any later changes. A change in scope follows a written change order—never an unspoken addition to the bill.

Payment terms, stated before any authorization

  • Credit cards and bank transfers may be accepted through a secure payment service when activated. Accepted brands are confirmed at the time of payment.
  • Card and bank payment fees, if any, appear only on your written estimate. This website does not charge them.
  • Deposit: 50% before work begins.

Never enter a card number, security code, routing number, or account number into a form on this site. Payment details are collected only through a secure, hosted payment service when payment is arranged.

To ask about work now, use the service request. That form emails the team and starts the conversation.
